What should I expect?
1) Free Initial Consultation over coffee or cocktails
Once you contact Ebonee\Makeup for availbility, an initial consultation will be set up so that we can meet. Ebonee\Makeup wants to ensure that this is right for you and that the services meet your expectations? We'll also discuss budget and what is affordable for you?
2)Contract/Intake Form
After scheduling details have been discussed, Ebonee\Makeup will provide an intake form/contract for you tolook over. A schedule and pricing information will be included with the contract. Signing the form and placing a deposit fee of ($amount) - is required when reserving an appointment. Ebonee\Makeup accepts cash & checks.
3)Day of Your Appointment

Where will the services be held?
For consultation, I will meet you at a local cafe or bar - . For shopping, we will meet at 2 different locations.
Travel fees will apply.

What is included in the beauty consultation services?
Consultation services come with a makeup chart or skin care regimen list. consult dermatologist?

Is there anything I need to bring to my appointment?
Yes! For beauty lessons, Please bring your products, brushes, tools, etc. so we can take a look at them together and discuss the best course of action that will work best for you and your skin.

What should I expect?

For special events such as engagment photos or boudoir, it is recommended to book a trial run at least 6-8 weeks prior to your event, that way, we can discuss what kind of look you had in mind?

Yay! The moment has finally arrived!

Where will the services be held?
For on-site makeup services, Ebonee\Makeup will set up at your event or where you are getting ready. Services will be provided in Oregon. Ebonee\Makeup will bring a makeup kit and you are more than welcome to bring your own products such as foundation or lashes you'd like for me to use.
Travel fees will apply.
For in-studio services, you can book Ebonee at the Beauty Truck!

What is included in the makeup services?
Makeup services come with skin prep, primer, foundation, concealer, contour, powder, blush, eye makeup, brows, lashes and lip color.

What is the application process?
Prior to makeup application, I will apply toner, moisturizer and SPF prior to the makeup application if you forget to cleanse. During this time, I'll ask you a few questions about your skin type, sensitivies you might have and products you use at home.
From there, I'll start the makeup! Makeup services include: primer, foundation, concealer, contour, powder, blush, eye makeup, lashes, brows & lip color.

How long is a makeup application?
A beauty and glamour makeup application will take 1 hour, 1 hour and 15 mins. max. For SPFX makeup, the time can range from 1 hour to 5 hours, it just depends on the effect/prosthetic and how many pieces that need to be applied. Breaks will be taken and the makeup removal can take about 1-2 hours, depending on the intricacy of the makeup.
How long will the makeup last?
Beauty and glamour makeup should? last all day due to the primer, 24 hour foundation and setting spray that I will use.
Touch up for photos will have a small fee

Is there anything I'll need for my appointment on the day of the event?
Arrive with clean, moisturized skin. If you're running late, please notify me ASAP. Be sure to bring beverages and snacks. You can pay for the service on the day of your event or in advance via online. Other than that, relax!

What form of payment do you accept?
Ebonee\Makeup accepts cash and checks. credit cards?

Will I need to make a deposit to hold my appointment?
Yes, a credit card? and a $25? nonrefundable deposit fee is required to book an appointment. (credit card fee?)
For beauty packages, lessons and shopping trips, a $50 deposit will be required.

What if I'm running late?
No problem! Please notify Ebonee\Makeup ASAP if you're running late. If you are more than 20 mins. late, your service will have to be rebooked.

Do you have a cancellation policy?
Yes, please notify Ebonee\Makeup at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. If Ebonee\Makeup wasn't notified 48 hours prior to your booked appointment, 50% of the service will be charged.

Are there any additional fees?
Yes, there is a $25 Travel Flat Rate Fee? for on-location makeup services and beauty consultation.
Shopping with Ebonee\Makeup services will be a $30 travel fee?

Will I receive a receipt?
Yes! An invoice will be emailed to you containing a list of the services you purchased and the total cost of my services.
